From a hairline foundation crack to a fully flooded crawl space, Halo Water Proofing has handled it in Babylon before. We show up, we diagnose it straight, and we fix it right.
Halo Water Proofing is a licensed and insured Waterproofing company built around one idea: show up when you say you will, explain the problem in plain language, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Babylon job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Babylon customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
Odor is often the first sign Babylon customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
Efflorescence is a clear sign that water is actively passing through your Babylon foundation wall, even if you've never seen standing water.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Babylon call we prioritize fast.
These signs upstairs are often the last clue Babylon homeowners notice, even though the moisture issue started in the basement months earlier.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Babylon every day.
Storm season in Babylon, NY means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Babylon address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Babylon basements start leaking. We use epoxy injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Babylon lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →For Babylon properties fighting grading or drainage issues, an exterior French drain can intercept water before it ever reaches the foundation wall at all. We map your yard's slope and water flow before recommending which approach fits.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Babylon crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Babylon commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations aren't disrupted mid-project.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Babylon crews follow on every job.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We walk the space with you, point out what we find, and explain it in plain language — no jargon, no pressure.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Babylon job is what's invoiced.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
Because we're actually based near Babylon rather than routing calls through a national center, we can usually get someone out the same day you call.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
We'd rather earn a repeat customer with an honest small fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the photo documentation and repair scope most Babylon, NY carriers ask for before approving a claim.
Every Babylon job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it's the only advertising that matters.
"They came out the same afternoon I called about water coming in during a storm. Explained everything before they touched anything. Basement's been bone dry since."
"Got quotes from three companies for a crack repair. These guys were the only ones who actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just quoting a price."
"Crawl space smelled awful for years. Encapsulation crew did a clean job and the smell is completely gone upstairs now."
"Straightforward commercial quote, no back-and-forth, crew was professional the whole project."
"We had three foundation cracks and expected a huge bill. Turned out only one needed injection — they didn't try to sell us on the other two. That honesty is rare."
"Insurance claim was a headache until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Adjuster approved it within a week after that."
Whether you're in the older, established parts of Babylon or a newer subdivision still settling, our crews have likely already worked on a foundation like yours nearby.
